What makes a Navratri & Dussehra land at work?
Navratri is the rare festival that is genuinely participatory — nobody watches garba, they get pulled into it. We run the evening properly: a live dhol or a garba set, a dandiya stick issue with a two-minute lesson for the half of the floor that has never done it, and a colour-of-the-night note so the room looks like one thing rather than nine. In Karnataka the same nine days carry Bombe Habba, the stepped doll display, and Ayudha Puja on the ninth — the day the tools, the laptops and the machines get their turn. Vijayadashami closes it. We can run any one of those three or the whole arc.
